The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. Guests can easily explore the area on foot and have access to a variety of restaurants and shops. the hotel also offers a stable Wi-Fi connection, allowing guests to stay connected. the host is helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay, assisting with excursion bookings and other arrangements.
One drawback of this hotel is the lack of hand soap in the bathrooms. Guests have mentioned that this is an inconvenience, as they would like to have access to hand soap for hygiene purposes.

I had a fantastic 8-night stay at Casa Portas De Portugal. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach, old town, and bus stops. The host, Carlos, and his daughter were incredibly friendly and helpful, always recommending great activities and spots to explore. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The unique "pod" beds with curtains provided added privacy, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. it was one of the best stays I've had in a long time, and I will definitely be returning.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I loved the privacy curtains on the beds. It made me feel like I had my own little space to relax and unwind. The location of the hostel was perfect, within walking distance to the bus station and a supermarket. The bathroom was decently sized and clean. I appreciated that towels and shampoo were provided along with a locker in the room. Despite the small size of the room, the bunk beds felt spacious on the inside. The owners were very friendly and down to earth, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Casa Portas De Portugal for a week-long vacation and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The central location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches all within walking distance. The hostel itself was beautifully decorated, with tasteful small touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bunk beds with privacy curtains added a nice touch of privacy. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hostel. the rooms and common areas were very well maintained and spotless. the free breakfast provided by the owner was a great bonus, and it offered a variety of options to start the day off right. the hostel's location was perfect. It was just a short walk away from the beach, and it was situated in the heart of the city near the best restaurants. This made it convenient to explore and enjoy all that the area had to offer.
That the noise level could get quite loud, especially if the windows were left open. the location near a busy street and the seagulls could make sleeping a bit challenging for light sleepers.
